We deliver Monday - Sunday.
Same day delivery cut off time is 11am or earlier if we are fully booked.

Pick Ups are available between 4 -6 pm.
Pick up location: Cannington

Residential, hospital & hotel deliveries are processed between 11am – 4pm Monday – Saturday.
Office/Shop/School deliveries are processed between 10am - 5pm Monday – Friday/Saturday.

Specific time for delivery is not possible - except for “Funeral and Wedding Services”.

Re-Deliveries
Customers are to ensure that correct and accurate information is provided during the process of placing an order online. For apartments or units with a locked gate, please provide the recipient’s phone number, so they can be contacted at the time of delivery.  

If there is no one home at the time of delivery, the arrangement will be left in a safe place (e.g. verandah) if possible.

If our courier is unable to make a delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address or cannot leave the arrangement in a safe place (e.g. gated apartment), the arrangement will be returned to our office and the customer notified. An additional fee will be charged for re-deliveries.

Terms and Conditions of cut flowers;
Cut flowers should last between 2-5 days in summer, between 5-10 days in winter, depending on the type of flowers and how they are cared for.

**We cannot guarantee longevity of the flowers after 24 hours.
